Infotek Software Ltd has been providing software solutions since 2004

We strive to be the preferred supplier/supplier of choice to small companies for business process software. To achieve this we have a program of continuous improvement driven by customer feedback and a program of technical innovation. We actively encourage feedback and engage with customers where ever possible. All product improvements are provided free as part of our subscription service.

During normal business hours, requests for product support or service support are typically responded to within an hour (if not immediately where ever possible). We also realise that businesses work beyond the normal 9-5, Mon-Fri business times and we therefore operate a 'rota system' to ensure we can respond at weekends and evenings if required.
